To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please take note of the following information:
NOT AUTHORIZED
For everyone's comfort and out of respect for the neighborhood:
- No pets allowed
- Non-smoking accommodation (cigarettes and vaping)
- Unauthorized parties, gatherings and events
- Unauthorized bachelor/bachelorette parties
- Unauthorized filming and commercial photography
- Please respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 7am
- Luggage storage before arrival or after departure is not possible.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of €100 is required before your arrival. It will be refunded within 3 days of your departure. Details will be provided after booking. ARRIVAL:
- Arrival from 3pm onwards, independently
- Access via a secure key box
- The code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival at 3pm.
- There is no reception on site.
- Please report any problems to us promptly.
DEPARTURE :
Departure before 11am
Please return the keys to the secure box.
Full instructions are in the accommodation guide. No cleaning fee is charged.
Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy. BED LINEN AND TOWELS:
You can bring your own bed linen and towels.
Dimensions: bed 140x190 (duvet 220x240). You can also rent them from us.

- €15: disposable sheets and washable towels
- €20: washable sheets and towels
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Free cancellation:
The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, which is from 3:00 PM.
Fees for late cancellation:
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival from 3:00 PM onwards, the client will have to pay the amount corresponding to the first night.
PAYMENT
Nights reserved:
The initial payment relates to the price of the nights booked.
Security deposit & additional services:
Payment links for the security deposit and for any applicable rental fees for bed linen and towels will be sent after booking.
